During his tenure as Executive Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Walmart, Joe led a team of 140,000 associates across 115 distribution centers and 38 fulfillment centers, expertly navigating the challenges of the pandemic while accelerating Walmart’s adoption of automation and technology. His focus on sustainable, results-driven innovation has made Walmart’s supply chain a model of resilience and efficiency.
At Kellogg’s, Joe led North American supply chain operations, overseeing manufacturing, distribution, procurement, and food safety, and implementing systems that strengthened the company’s capabilities and performance across safety, quality, service, and cost.
